expanding in Europe. To this end, we have set up an
office in the heart of Cologne to manage our international expansion from there. Join a team with already 5 existing international webshops (FR, NL, IT, ES, UK) and with the opportunities of a leading multichannel retailer.
For our new office in Cologne we are looking for a
Customer Service Agent (NL) (m/f/d) – Dutch Market (full-time)
Your new job
- Handling customer enquiries, mainly via email
- Responding to customer reviews on reputation management platforms
- Assisting with ordering problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Help design customer service processes
- Supporting for other country teams on related tasks
- Liaise between our headquarters and our customers
Your profile
- Strong customer focus, initial or extended customer service experience desirable
- Knowledge of foreign languages: Dutch (additional advantage: English)
- Good knowledge of German or English for team communication is required
- You are able to work independently and in a structured manner and to keep track of multiple to-do's
- You have good self-organisation skills and can work in a team
- You have a healthy dose of pragmatism, a strong hands-on mentality and like to develop topics independently
- Ideally, you are interested in the camping and leisure industry
