Our company has flat hierarchies that promote quick decision-making and independent action.As a Marketplace Manager Junior (m/f/d) for Italy, you will play a key role in our marketplace team. Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize our presence on marketplaces such as Amazon. This position requires a proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including customer service, project management, logistics, and IT.

Your tasks:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with each marketplace's guidelines.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and maximize conversion rates.
  • Align Amazon strategies with the broader channel vision, supporting long-term growth goals and driving consistent performance.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable insights, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, IT) to ensure smooth product launches, comprehensive reporting, and adherence to best practices.

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or digital marketing.
  • You have prior experience in marketplace management or e-commerce, ideally with a focus on platforms such as Amazon
  • You are fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • You are highly organized, have strong communication skills, and are able to efficiently manage multiple projects.
